Dispatch and tracking
We dispatch every order within 24 hours with Australia Post. Each parcel ships with a tracking number, so you can follow your boots all the way to your door.
Delivery times
Australia Post's delivery estimates, counted in business days after dispatch:
- Australia: 2–4 business days within Queensland, 3–6 business days interstate.
- International: 5–10 business days to major cities, for example 5–9 to the US and 4–7 to the UK.
These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Regional areas can take a little longer, and international parcels can be held up while they clear customs.
International orders
International shipping is a flat rate for the first pair. We cover the import duties, so you don't pay them when your boots arrive.
We ship to most countries. Your destination is chosen in the cart, and the shipping cost is shown there before you check out. If you've set another currency on the site, prices are converted as an estimate; you're charged in AUD.
