Live from our stock: every pair is one of a kind, so once it's sold it's gone. RRP is Mizuno Australia's current price for the same model new, checked 25 October 2026. Models Mizuno no longer sells have no current RRP to compare against.
What Made in Japan costs in Australia
If you've shopped for a Made in Japan Mizuno locally, you know the price. Mizuno Australia's own store currently lists the Japan tier at:
| Model | Mizuno AU RRP |
|---|---|
| Mizuno Alpha III Japan FG | $500 |
| Morelia Neo V β Japan FG | $500 |
| Morelia Neo IV β Japan FG | $500 |
| Morelia Neo V Japan FG | $480 |
| Morelia Neo IV Japan | $480 |
| Morelia II Japan FG | $460 |
Source: mizuno.com.au, checked 25 October 2026. The Alpha II Japan AG lists at $600.
That's a lot to justify for a pair of boots, even ones as good as these. And for older favourites like the Alpha 1 Japan, Morelia DNA or Morelia Wave, there's no Australian retail price at all, because you can't buy them new here any more.
Why we can sell for less
Most Made in Japan pairs are sold in Japan, so getting one here usually means paying a local retailer's markup on top of the import. We do the sourcing ourselves.
We built our own tracking software that watches Japanese, Korean and Australian marketplaces around the clock: it has logged more than 36,000 football boot listings since July. That lets us find the right pairs at the right price, and pass the saving on to you.
Why not just import a pair yourself?
You can. But a “Made in Japan” size tag or string bag on its own proves nothing, and if the pair turns out to be fake, mislabelled or the wrong size, you're stuck with it. Here's how the two compare.
| What you get | Importing it yourself | Buying from us |
|---|---|---|
| Is it genuine? | You judge from photos, often in a language you don't read. | We inspect every pair in person: size tag, item codes, labelling and construction like the Alpha Japan's KaRVO insert. See how we verify |
| Size and condition | Whatever the listing says, in whatever sizing system it uses. | The exact US size and a condition grade on our six-level scale. |
| Extra costs | Proxy fees, international shipping and GST. | None. Shipping is free Australia-wide. |
| Wait | Usually weeks. | Dispatched within 24 hours with tracked Australia Post: 2–4 business days in Queensland, 3–6 interstate. |
| If it's not right | You're stuck with it. | A full refund, shipping included, if it arrives damaged or not as described. |
“Shipping was right on time, packaging arrived undamaged, and it was exactly what I was after for my boot collection.” Verified buyer. We're rated 4.9★.
The models nobody stocks any more
Some of the most loved Made in Japan Mizunos are long gone from retail: the Alpha 1 Japan, Morelia DNA, Morelia Wave and Rebula. They're the pairs collectors hunt, and they turn up in our stock regularly. Missed one? The sold archive shows what's come through before, and you can message us on Instagram with the model and size you're after.

FAQs
Are your Made in Japan Mizunos genuine?
Yes. We inspect every pair in person before it's listed and check the size tag, item codes, labelling and model-specific construction, not just the box. Our MIJ guide explains exactly what we check.
Why are your prices lower than Mizuno Australia's RRP?
Most Made in Japan pairs are sold in Japan. We source them directly, so you're not paying Australian retail markup. Many of our pairs are pre-owned or older generations; every listing states the exact condition.
How fast is shipping?
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours with tracked Australia Post, free Australia-wide: usually 2–4 business days within Queensland and 3–6 interstate. See our shipping page.
Can I return a pair?
Every pair is one of a kind, so sales are final, but if a pair arrives damaged or not as described you get a full refund including shipping. See our return policy.
