For when it's a swamp.
Fewer, longer studs — often metal and screw-in — spaced wide so mud doesn't clog the plate. A firm-ground boot just slides on this stuff.
Best forWet, soft or waterlogged grass, winter football.
For the 3G cage.
Loads of short studs, packed tight, to spread your weight over a much harder surface. Wear firm-ground studs on astro and they wear down fast — and so do your knees.
Best for3G/4G artificial pitches, astro five-a-side.
